REFUND POLICY

At Thelumiaura™, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. Our refund policy lasts 30 days from the date of delivery.

Returns & Exchanges
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unused, with original packaging, and accompanied by proof of purchase.

Natural Variations (Important Note)
Some of our items are made from or include handcrafted ceramic, stone, glass, wood, brass, or other natural and artisanal materials. Slight variations in texture, tone, grain, finish, or small handcrafted details may occur from piece to piece. These natural differences are part of the character of the item and are not considered defects for free returns.

Damages and Issues
Please inspect your order upon delivery and contact us immediately if the item is damaged, defective, or if you receive the wrong item, so we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Shipping Costs
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item arrived damaged, defective, or incorrect. Original shipping fees are non-refundable.
